Project management training - activities AKA tasks
During the one day project management training course in London we'll talk about activities.
Activities refer to the things that people working on the project need to perform in order to accomplish the objectives and deliver the deliverables. When deciding what deliverables should be delivered, the project manager will develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) which lists all of the activities necessary to build/develop the deliverables. You can think of activities as synonymous with tasks.
